Expungement For my Case??? help

Ok guys about 3 years ago i received a petty larceny charge on my record, this charge has been haunting me, now im going to college and I intend to get a well paying job when im finished, im thinking about expunging this charge from my record, does anybody know if this is possible or there any regulations of any sort?

In many places minor convictions as a child do not cross over to your adult record.

Were you charged with a misdemeanor?  If so, after six months, its history. A felony may last longer so go to the courts with all your paper work from your arrest and out come and demand that your record be wiped. Also present your college transcript's to inform the court you are in college and plan to graduate and seek a job. PS when the dusts settles and you fill out a job application, your past is nobodys business.

You need to petition the court to accomplish this.
