Extending date on my plane ticket to return back home?

I work on royal caribbean cruise lines on I live in Belize City and on 12 February I receive my plane ticket and I fly out of belize on the 14 February 2008 to L.A I bought a 2 way ticket back then. My contract suppose to end 15 august at royal caribbean cruise line but I am not really positive i will end on that date most of the time the staff work a one or two weeks extra. So i am asking if I can extend my day on my ticket to return back home?My name is shari-Ann Williams my eticket Iternary and receipt for confirmation is A3RQS5

You can change your return date for a fee.

Return date can be changed if you call well in advance and if seats on the new date are available.

You need to call the airline from which you have got the ticket and make the changes in date. Some airlines charge for the change some may not.

Do it well in advance.
