well, it looks like her natural hair only hits her neck, so id say to make about the bottom hairlines worth of hair, it would probably be arounddd....8 - 16 depending on how thick or thin they are

if you need help with that, just use something like a pencil tip, and starting from the bottom of your ear, make a line all the way around the back of you head, and to the other ear, taking all the hair above that line, into a ponytail or bun, leaving only the hair hat starts from the bottom of the ear, this is about how much hair she has made of extensions, i think, so just look at an extension, and count!

again, my guess is 8 - 16, but i could be wrong!
