if they give a phone number, and then an extention..

ex:

513-613-1351 EXT: 3645

how do you dial so it can go straight to that extention?..

  1. It depends on who your calling.  If they have an auto-attendant then you just key the extension number as soon as it answers.

    If they have a receptionist you can't, you have to let the receptionist transfer you.
