hi i have a HP laptop using windows vista i am trying to connect a external hard disk (manufacturer : Advance or Adiance ?) when i connect the USB cable, nothing appears in the hard drives list nor pops up i cannot either find the hard disk when i do "install new device" can anybody help me ?
