Extra Long Pool Cue Stick?

I am a taller pool player and i was wondering where i could find a longer pool stick...say 60+ inches?

Have a shaft made if you already have a cue, other wise if you look into a custom cue you have more options with making the butt end longer or longer shaft.  I don't like the idea of having a piece made for your joints.  Cues are made for the best hit and feel being only 2 pieces.  Adding more joints just leaves opening for problems with joints loosening, or added vibration and adding weight to your cue in that area will change the balance of your cue.  Good luck and keep rackn em up!

You have a few options. The purchase of a snooker cue would be the easiest because they are typically longer than a standard pool cue. You could have a custom shaft made that would add the length you're looking for. Finally, you can have a machinist make you a piece that fits between the butt and the shaft. That's what I'm doing right now. I'm adding an inch and a half by having stainless steel milled and tapered and one end will be a female to thread into and the other end will be threaded to go into the shaft.

First off, the typical snooker cue is only 57", so that's a bad idea.

Having someone that is not a cuemaker add a piece to your cue is also a bad idea. Cues are made to hit and react a certain way, and a non-cuemaker will not know how to make something that will not disrupt how the cue performs.

The really good idea is to either search for a long custom cue that someone is looking to sell, or go to a cuemaker and ask him to build you one. It may cost you a little more, but if you're a serious player it's definitely a worthwhile investment.

you can special order a 60" poll cue, i'm 6ft5 and use a mcdermott which is usually 59" works fine for me.
