Extra credit assignment in college?

My Professor handed out 2 pages of quotes and told us our extra credit assignment was for us to write a paper on whatever we want but it must be one page long. I cannot figure out what to write about! It is an intro to counseling and interviewing class. What should I write?

Pick the quote that you feel strongly about and write your opinion. The quotes are just ideas to get your writing started. Or pick the one that you have experienced in your life and describe how. Good luck.

Why do you want to be a counselor?  What type population do you want to work with?  What you like or don't like about interviewing?
