PSG: Extra pressure causes internal discord at Parc des Princes - Ligue 1 news
Paris Saint-Germain scored twice to beat OGC Nice at Parc des Princes but not without a squabble between playmaker Nene and Kevin Gameiro over a penalty.
Arrival of nine quality recruits at Parc des Princes has created an environment of internal competition at the capital club. With every man in pursuit of glory, a rise in the war of egos was inevitable; Nene and Kevin Gameiro felt victim to similar reasons
in the game against OGC Nice.
In the 35th minute, Nene was brought down in the box by Drissa Diakite which resulted in a spot kick for Les Parisiens.  http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kevin-Gameiro-c20721 stepped-up to take the penalty, but Nene intending to take all the glory, grabbed the ball from the former FC
Lorient striker resulting in a little squabble between the two Parisiens.
The current captain Ceara had to get involved to resolve the situation. Though Gameiro was not happy about the outcome he was relieved later in the second half, when Les Aiglons conceded another penalty following a hand ball from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fabrice-Abriel-c13207. the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 international was able to take the penalty (without any bickering) to score the decisive goal to make the score 2-1 for PSG.
After facing much criticism in the last few days regarding his performance, Nene wanted to make sure he was able to make his mark on the score line. Although the incident left a bad taste Gameiro’s mouth, the situation calmed as soon as the Senlis-born scored
off another penalty.

The former AS Saint-Etienne midfielder further added that this incident proves that the team has a healthy competitive environment which is good for the team.
Paris Saint-Germain management would not be pleased with Nene and will be looking to strengthen the unity of Les Rouge-et-Bleu before competing against a much tougher side, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Montpellier-HSC-c39945, this weekend.
