Extra side dishes to go along with a southern style barbeque?

were having a barbeque for our wedding rehearsal dinner and its on june 28th, i want to have lots of food and special drinks!

Grits, peanut coleslaw, collard greens, potato salad, bbq beans, cornbread (johnnycake).

Mint Juleps ( you can make 'virgin" style by dissolving 1/2 jar mint jelly with 2 cups of water in the microwave. Add this to Frozen Limeade mix made according to pkg directions. Crush a few sprigs of fresh mint in your hands and toss that into the mix as well. Serve over a glass full of ice! Yummy) . If ya want real Juleps, look it up on the internet, there are all kinds of recipes out there.

Corn on the cob, rice, green beans, mashed potatoes. Macaroni and potato salad, garlic bread... As for drinks, just sparkling cider, wine, beer, soda and water would work, I think.
