Extracting individual songs from mixes?

Question

i downloaded what i thought was a single song but it's infact one big mix of every song on the CD together as one file. how can i extract the individual songs i want from the mix?

use the software "mp3 Cutter + Joiner"

you can also try Audacity. just cut out the other bits and leave the song you want
