Extradition laws in omaha?

ok if i get arrested in another state for misdomenor charges and i have outstanding warrants for traffic stuff in another state and they want to extradite me how long does the other state have to come and get me and if they dont then what happens to my charges in that state that did not come and get me

You rarely get extradited for traffic stuff unless it is big, but they now know where to go looking for you to issue warrants, etc.

Every state has different rules.

If they opt not to come get you, the charges remain active until they do come get you.
