I wanna loose lots of weight. Like 8kgs or 16 pounds in a month.

Tell me tips to reduce the urge to eat and loose weight fast.

  1. Alright if you sick of yourself that should be enough motivation right? Alright 16 pounds ain't bad, Try this...

    Eat 5 Meals a day, Cut out the carbs (sodas, sweets, breads)  , Only eat low carb vegetables like broccoli, and green beans (not canned!) Eat this with lean proteins like Tuna, Talapia, Grilled Chicken, make sure you don't add unnecessary fats to it like mayonnaise or fatty oils..stick to extra virgin olive oil when cooking. And If you can afford it and are REALLY serious about loosing weight a no carb/no fat protein shake, in between meals so you won't snack on chips. Thats just the diet it's very simple you lose weight just doing that but if you add some light weight sessions or cardio you'll lose it even FASTER!

    Diet example :

    MEAL 1 : Whole Egg , 4 Egg Whites

    MEAL 2 : Protein Shake, 1 oz. Raw Almonds

    MEAL 3 : 4 oz. Grilled Chicken 1/2 Cup Green Beans

    MEAL 4 : Protein Shake , 1 TB Natural Peanut Butter

    MEAL 5 : 4 oz. Talapia 1/2 Cup Broccoli

    Simple....Cardio do it 5 times a week 30 Minutes sessions first thing in the morning before breakfeast.
