Extreme Home Makeover Indian Reservation Heater?

Question

A friend of mine told me that there was an episode of Extreme Home Makeover where the family lived on an Indian reservation in Oklahoma (or somewhere). I'm told the teenage son invented a heater from aluminum cans and it was so efficient that he received national recognition for it. However, I can't find any information on this invention. Does anyone know of the heater I'm talking about?

I watched that show and he did create something to help keep them warm but it was not reused in the new Extreme Home.  They instead used lots of other things like tank less water heaters and putting plants on the roof to help insulate.  

They did not use his invention but they did put it or part of it back into the house as a decoration.
