Extreme Makeover Home edition?

Okay so my best friend's cousins are twins. They both were born with birth defects and are almost like infants (they are 4 years old). They are learning to walk with baby walkers and one of them is progressing with chewing. Their house is two stories and the bedrooms are up stairs...they are getting heavy to carry and there house just is not set up for them. They dont have enough money to redo it and the are having trouble with other things. We are going to submit them to "extreme makeover home edition"..but if that doesnt work we would like to have other options.

Are there other organizations just like extreme makeover home edition that we could submit there name?

im sure they will get in. but if they dont, then i would contact your local charity and tell them about your troubles, im sure they can help! and raise money for them!

I hope they get better! and over come their defects if possible!
