I'm 25 about 100 pounds and have to drink 4 large size bottles of vodka to make it through the week. I'm trying to gradually quit drinking but, I can't afford and I have no insurance to go somewhere and be detoxed. How can I do this myself? I have panic attacks, insomnia, nausea, vomiting, (sometimes blood) hallucinations, and have horrible stomach pain. I feel like I'm dying and can't even go to the doctor. I want to stop but, I can't. What do I do?

  1. You should not try to stop drinking without medical supervision if you are suffering severe side effects as it can be dangerous, I have given you a link to discuss idetoxing with someone who can give you advice about options in your area.
