So I'll be fine when I eat breakfast in the AM and stuff, but then at school, all of the sudden my stomach starts to hurt like mad, and I really have to go to the bathroom, yet I don't wanna ask the teacher to go and explain its an emergency. Last friday I had to leave school early. So what can I do to stop my stomach pains? Is it nervousness or anxiety that contributes to it? Should I just eat a few Tums? Please any tips. Thank you
