Well almost everyday it usually takes me around 1-3 hours for me to go to sleep, the things is that my mind it's always actively thinking I've tried to listen to the clock ticks, but I usually get distracted and start thinking again, it's like I'm subservient to my mind.
I would think it's stress, but I don't have any problems, the only thing I can think that would stress me it's the college applications.
Any suggestions that may help me relax? I've tried the following
1: Tried to fall asleep while watching TV, Nope
2: I exercise everyday, and I feel tired but I cant fall asleep still.
3: I took sleeping pills, but STILL takes me around 30minutes to an hour to fall asleep.
