  1. I had the same problem when I was your age, get a heating pad and take some Midol. Hope your feeling better soon.

  2. i had the same problem. its normal

i would take an advil and watch tv and try to sleep it off it will go away after a day or two

  3. yes don't worry.. its normal..all my cousin feel no pain during their period, however my sister and myself have terrible pains in our lower stomach, pain that worsens at times out of no where..

so don't worry your not alone, many women don't get pain at all.

and some are less fortunate like you and myself and we have to deal with the CRAMPS.

also, it might have something to do with your age..you're still young and it might get better later on, but also. it can get worse which is what happened in my case.

what i do it take HOT teas, the hottest that you can take them..

and take MIDOL it is the best menstrual medicine out there!

    and its cheap..$6..

    so good luck..

and sweety..it just part of being a girl..

  4. See the doctor, GYN.

You are young to have this much pain. Some girls have a lot of pain, cramping - but if this is different from your usual, it's a sign that something needs to be checked!

Could be infection, endometriosis, a cyst, or just back strain, bloating.  The first three can be serious.

Talk to your mom or an older woman friend, AND go to doc.

    Good luck.

  5. Ok..basically it jus means that urs is worse than some peoples.

I'm 14 and mine doesn't get that bad but i've had mine since i was 11 so i've gotten use to it. It might jus be cause ur not getting enough physical activity or something. Try getting out moving around more..itll help promise. :))

  6. I am a CMA

Sounds like you may have endometrosis or fibroid cysts and you should be seen by a doctor ASAP

  7. At this moment you should get in a warm bath or hot tub. Take a midol or advil. Drink some tea or some warm milk. Tomorrow or asap go to your doctor. She might put you on some birth control or give you a powerful painkiller. Goodlucky!

  8. No female should have to suffer from period pains.  Have your mom take you to a doctor and get on a light dose of birth control pills.  If you are sexually active you should be on them anyway, and if you aren't, you'll be taking them JUST to get control of your periods and reduce the cramps and pain.  I put my 15 year old on the pill because she had cramps so bad she would lay on the floor, curl up into a ball and just cry.  The first dose of pills didn't help so we had to go to a stronger one and that helped.  She now had regular periods and mild cramps which she can handle with ibuprofen.
