Eye Accident Help Please?

I was bike riding just a few minutes ago and a little stone hit me in the eye.

My eye is a little red in the area, and the veins are a little red. I can see fine and it doesn't really hurt.

Will someone please tell me if anything is wrong, and the other problems that might occur.

you'll be fine. Just get the rock out and flush your eyes with cold water. It might be red for a while but it'll be ok

Buy some Optrex and wash your eye in a little bath of it (its all in the instructions). That should clear out any dirt. Give it a few days and if its still red, I'd go to the doctors to have it checked out

no just buy saline solution and wash your eyes out with it
