Eye Make-up help???

Question

i need help getting my eyemakeup to look like this

whenever i try doing it it never looks as good as in the pic its just a smudgy grey mess!!! any suggestions on certain types of shadow or tools or techniques please let me know

Apply a dark eyeshadow to the eyelid and use a makeup brush to blend it outwards.

Apply a dark eyeliner under your eye..just under the lower water line and use a cotton bud/Q-tip to smudge it.

Line your lid and apply eyeliner to the waterline.

Mascara

just put it on and keep re-applying it until its as dark as you want it and then put eye liner on your top lids and lots of mascara. thats basically what that girl did. and not everyone can look exactly like that because everyone has different eye shapes. but hopefully it'll work out for ya.

use black eyeshadow

eyeliner

and mascara.

mix the eyeshadow with other colors that look like black and make it neat

eyeline top and bottom
