Eye Slanting Surgery?

I've read a lot of Italian women get their eyes "slanted" by cosmetic surgery like a lot of Asians get the double eyelid surgery. What's the name of this surgery and where are some before and after photos? Where can it be performed in the USA? How much does it cost? Please post info. Thanks.

I saw this on Dr. 90210. I dont recall the name if the procedure, but it is done in the United States, and I think it is about 5-6 thousand dollars.
