Eye and radiation?

i'm a website designer and of course all most all my time is spend in front of a computer. i'm concerned about my eyes. will my eyes be destroyed due to computer radiation or everyday on computer? any tips to protect my eyes? i dont want to wear eye glasses in the future.

  1. Radiation is not a concern, but eye strain is. When we stare at the computer for a long period of time, we don't blink as often as we should, once every half an hour or so, stare off at something in the distance and rapidly blink for a minute. That will help your eyes get some tear flow going and give your eyes a break from straining.
