Eye blinking problem help me?

ok i use to have problems like that before and i feel that i force them to happen to me by my self

lol so i keep telling my self to blink its not aoutomatic no more its always on my mind o keep blinking like its not automatic thing no more its been like 2 hours it gets enoying

before i use to have same thing with breathing i kept thinking that i have to breathe

or sometimes thoughts get in my mnd and wont get out its so enoying

iam 15

plz help me is there some kind of exercise or meditation to free my mind from these sticky thoughs

lol and while i was typing this i kinda forgat about the blinking thing but it came back lol plz help me

  1. First of all, blinking is typically automatic and not something we think about like breathing.  With the breathing thing, you apparently stayed alive and you couldn't always focus on it (like at night) so I suspect when you are aware of the blinking it stops being a natural response.  

    Maybe you can ask someone to watch you through the day and tell you later if you do blink especially during activity that makes you think or athletics.  It might be several days later, so you aren't as aware of that.

    Second, people don't blink as much when staring at the computer screen.  If this is worrying you, it might be time to take a break from the computer.  I tend to lock my computer away for a week at a time every now and then.  Keeps all of me healthier and balanced.

    Third, you could always see a neurologist for these concerns.  There is a slight chance that this could be a symptom of a neurological disorder like MS.  As you are 15, I wouldn't be too worried.

    As for meditation, I'd actually go in the opposite direction.  Meditation directs you to focus on things like breathing and blinking.  I'd actually suggest physical activity that will exist you so that you will not think of this issue.
