ok i use to have problems like that before and i feel that i force them to happen to me by my selflol so i keep telling my self to blink its not aoutomatic no more its always on my mind o keep blinking like its not automatic thing no more its been like 2 hours it gets enoyingbefore i use to have same thing with breathing i kept thinking that i have to breatheor sometimes thoughts get in my mnd and wont get out its so enoyingiam 15plz help me is there some kind of exercise or meditation to free my mind from these sticky thoughsthankslol and while i was typing this i kinda forgat about the blinking thing but it came back lol plz help me
