Is there a way to make your eyes appear a different color without makeup?

A scientist once told me, that eyes only appear to change colour because of lighting. Eyes cannot change colour. So try low/high lights and see how they look like that.

The only was is with contacts, which require a lot of dedication to use. Other than that, you are stuck with what you've got.

Well, I have light blue eyes and when I wear certain colors they seems to get darker and lighter. You can also try contacts.
