Eye discolor/irritation?

Question

I wear contacts and ive kept them in to long for a few days. I also went swimming with them. The past days ive been feeling slight irritation and I still kept them in. This morning i woke up and decided to take them out. They burned when they were removed. I put on my glasses and for the past hours my right eye is sensitive and can barely stay open. I put in eye drops and rinsed my right eye with water and it is still sensitive and iritated, though it is mostly white. i looked in the mirror closely and saw that the edge of my iris was whiteish/discolored. please help
