Eye disease ???!!?!!!!!!?

my baby cousin is just 6 month old and has an eye disease called IRIDOSCHISIS. i would like to learn all and any information about it. tell me if it is treatable , where to be treated , what it is and anything you know.

info: its on both eyes and they viberate and the pupil looks way samller than normal
