  1. Dear Far_Q,

I am having the same problem! I hear that if you train your eyes to look farther away, you'll slowly get yor eye sight back!

My friend did that once and it worked for her. Before she needed glasses but after forcing herself to look farther away without squinting, it actually made her eyesight better!

  2. For me, finding out about exercises and doing them was like a miracle, because I've actually managed to fully restore my eyesight that way! Very pewerful stuff!! And the best thing is that they are so simple, and take only 30 mins a day, 4 days a week! E.g. when you work with a pc, read a book, or when you are doing anything else that requires you to stare at it for a long time, especially close up, you need look around the room, look into the distance now and again. If you do that, your eyesight will NOT get worse. Otherwise, it WILL - it's only normal, only common sense. If you do start noticing your eyesight worsening, then you can start doing more exercises - move your eyes up, down, left, right, look onto your nose etc - do this for a couple of mins once every hour or so, then close your eyes and relax. If you put your hands over your face, so that your eyes are right in the middle of your palms, with no light getting through, and stay like this for a minimum of 3 mins, then your eyes will relax and you'll see a huge improvement for a moment - every day you'll notice a slight improvement in your vision, right until the moment when you fully restore it. So yes, it's actually not hard at all to get your vision back!

  4. I started getting blurry vision when I was 14 years old. I hated the thought of imperfect eyesight or wearing glasses. I did some research and found books on eye exercises. My eyes felt different in the beginning but I eventually got used to the eye exercises and nothing changed. For most people eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga) don't change the way we use our eyes, and don't address the real issues of blurry vision.

My awesome brother, being aware of my interest in eyesight, came across a book by Dr William H Bates. He discovered that we interfere with our eyesight. I perfected my eyesight by stopping staring and diffusion, and by centralizing, moving, and relaxing my vision system.

I have a link to one of the best books on Natural Eyesight Improvement on my website. It contains most of Dr. William H. Bates book and explains Natural Eyesight Improvement very well. Finding a good Natural Eyesight Improvement teacher near you is most helpful. I have great a link to Natural Eyesight Improvement teachers around the world. I would be glad to interview teachers for people to make sure they are teaching the correct principles.

  5. I am presently trying eye exercises to improve my vision. You can read about my progress as well as other people's progress on my blog:

    Hope this helps...

  6. Well there's no actual exercises for your eyes, but the best thing to do to prevent your eyesight from getting worse is of course not spending as much time on the computer or tv, wear sunglasses most of the time, and eat carrots because they keep your eyes healthier. None of these things will improve it, but it will help keep it at least how it is. I know, it sucks having bad eyesight!!
