Eye exercises for people that are short sighted?

I have trouble seeing things far away, does any one have any references to sights with exercises?

There are no exercises for Myopia. There are, however, lots of sight that will make the claim and take your money.

I agree that there are none.  Eyesight is determined by the size and shape of your eyes.  No exercises will change those.  Surgery may be an option for you once your vision has stabilized.
