Eye focusing problems?

so, I've been wearing the same brand contacts for 2 years (I replace with new ones every few weeks) and for the past few months one of eyes is being affected by wearing a contact lens for just a few hours. I can go days w/o wearing contacts and feel no pain in the eye; the one eye won't completley focus unless I give it 2 weeks to heal. The vision isn't perfect, but it is a bit fuzzy. If I wear a contact for about 5hrs and take them out that night, the following morning the eye focuses much worse than before with wearing glasses. If I try to put a contact in to compare vision with my glasses, I feel a little bit of stinging in the eye. why won't my eye focus?

  1. Wow, it sounds like it is more of a complicated problem than what it looks like on the surface. Maybe you hare having some sort of sloughing problem with the cells on your cornea or something. This is not really something to play with. I would go as soon as possible and have the specialist give you a real diagnosis.  Did your doctor tell you to keep the contacts out and just wear your glasses? I really wouldn't wear them until after you see the other doctor. What if something is happening htat can lead to your having a permanent loss of vision?
