I wear contacts during the day but glasses at night when i get home from work...well lately i've been notice that i get strings of eye goo over my contacts...while wearing them, and it makes it foggy to see. I dont understand why, i clean my contacts. I can literally grab the line of goo off and pull it off my contact...what gives?

  1. Eye infection? Or are you wearing them for too long?

  2. Allergies. Pollen and such can cause an eye film. My other guess would have been infection - but you say not. Calcium can build on the lens, but you usually cannot pull it off. My real guess is pollen build up.
