Eye is twitching?

my left eye has been twitching for the past hour.. what is wrong with it? lol

My eye twitches when I get stressed.  Sometimes it will last for days, I just need to relax.  Sometimes I wont feel stressed and my eye starts to twitch, but I just think about it and I ususally am.

It's caused by muscle strain from straining to see or squinting.Like any other muscle that is tired,our eye muscles begin to twitch.Maybe some reading glasses will help.

i had alot of twitches too. then i found out it was because of mineral deficiencies.
