Eye issues.?

Question

ok lately my eyes have been really feeling wierd. they kinda feel like there messed up & blurry & fuzzy, its not that its actually blurry or all that fuzzy but it feels like it. & i cant look at aqariums or fish tanks cause when i do it looks wierd &blurry & its kinda furry & fuzzyor unclear. idk how 2 explian it. and my left eye feels kinda wierd. like its kinda heavy & theres pressure on the lower part of it. my eyes feel blurry & stff but its not. occasionally my eyes go a little blury but i fix them. im partially blind in my rite eye cause when my cousin tossed me a nail file it hit my eye. it was 1 of those round 1s with all the sides. anyways the only part that i cant se out of is the where i got hit. so now until i can get it fixed my eye site is prety messed up. but now the left eye is feeling realy wierd & the fact that i cant look at aqariums cause they look fuzzy& blurry& stuff is kinda wierd 2. so can u tel wats wrong & how2 fix it& any info would be nice
