Eye keeps twitching..??

Is there any way to stop your eye from twitching? Its driving me crazy! And what causes it? Being on the computer too long maybe?

It may be the computer, or what you eat.  How is the lighting where you are?  Are there excessive bright lights?  Sometimes commercial businesses will have shoddy lighting that is bad for your eyes.

I would think it is the lighting that causes your eye to twitch.

It usually is stress that causes twitching. Try  to relax when it starts happening.

I had this and I asked my optometrist. She told me it's probably stress.

nope. its cuz ur not getting enough potassium. try eating more bananas or anything with potassium in it. good luck! =]
