Eye liner how to????

i dont care what u think about brown

tried it, didnt work

no liquid it crusts off and i hate it

i only wear eye liner, like ONLY mascara doesnt show up cause my eyes lashes are very dark and straight, but anyway

i like eye liner on the inside rim of my eye, how do i do that to make it look pretty, without over doing it, and how can i make it stay, usually it rubs off after a while

i use black eye liner for my blue eyes,

After you apply the pencil eyeliner under your eye, go over it with a liquid eyeliner brush. Instead of using actual liquid eyeliner, dip the brush in a black eyeshadow and go over the pencil eyeliner with the eyeshadow. It keeps it on longer. If you don't have a liquid eyeliner brush, you can try to use the sponge eyeshadow applicator you get with most eyeshadows. Though, the sponge applicator may be too thick to apply over the eyeliner. Liquid eyeliner brushes work better because they are super thin.
