Hey all.

I have been on you tube looking at how to put on eye make up.

But i want a black thinish line along my upper eye lashs.

But for some reason it wont do it for me. I have tried liquid and a pencil.

like i would get the line but once i open my eye u it looks dodgy becoz there is a small part between my lashes and the line where it is not filled in.

any help?

  1. This is always a tricky part. What you do is:

You Pull your eye lid upward (while its closed) and push your eyeball up, which uncrinkles your eyelid.

Then you get the liquid eyeliner (or if the pencil is sharp) and draw it along your eyelid, by also drawing on the bottom of your lashes.

When you have finished you should have the results you want.

    Good luck =)

  2. try a retractable eyeliner. its like a creme instead of a pencil, and it goes on a lot smoother. if you mess up, you can smudge it with your finger and it wont look screwy.

oh and make sure your eyeliner is pointy/sharpened. otherwise youll get a fat chubby line that wont look very nice.

pull on the corner of your eye with your index finger, and apply the liner directly over your lashline. its kind of hard to explain, but you want to angle the pencil so it's almost parallel to your face.

btw if you dont have really dark hair- don't use black. use black/brown or just brown. it'll look funky if youve got light brown hair and a black line goin across your lashlines.

    hope i helped!
