It's hard to see from the video, but it's a heavy smoky eye. To achieve this heavy of a look you should use a black Kohl eyeliner from MAC or a liquid liner. Line the whole eye in black and then smudge it. Also line the inner rim of the lower lashline. After you smudge the liner put a smoky grey, dark green or plum color over the top. Christina looks like she's wearing a gree/grey shimmery shade. Then put a ton of mascara on.
