Can you get eye surgeries to make your eye's bigger?

No...but if you happen to be long sighted - i.e. you can see things better far away than close up and you get glasses they will magnify your eyes. That is probably your only hope I'm afraid.

There are contact lenses that can make the eye appear to be bigger.  I just know these contacts exist.  I do not know anything else about them.

what? you can get surgery to lift you eye lids if they are droopy but not your eye itself.
