Eye twitches when annoyed!?

my left eye twitches...when I'm annoyed or worried...Why? should I be worried?

No you shouldn't be worried. It's perfectly normal my eye twitches when I'm doing absolutely nothing at times.

It is know that anxiety can increase the likelihood of twitchiness.

It has something to do with the chemicals and the nerve firing, probably due to epinephrine problems in those nerve.

It is not a serious issue.

So long as you can drive and stuff normally.
