  1. I would really, really think twice about this. If you hate it or it is done crappy you are stuck with it, no laser removal and some of it looks really fake. Use makeup you can at least wash off.

    Also, if you have an allergic reaction to the ink you are screwed - you are talking about your eyes and anything near them is a risk.
