I would suggest finding an eyebrow specialist in your area. (Check local salons, etc.)

I used to have TERRIBLE eye brows, because I ignorantly plucked them away. A certified beauty technician can help evaluate what they should look like based on your face shape and help you achieve that look. :)

I would say to use an eyebrow pencil or one that is mixed with an eyeliner- note that there is a difference as eyeliners smudge easily and you don't want to wipe off your eyebrow by accident. if you arent good at drawing them i suggest a brow powder that matches your eyebrow color that comes with an angle brush- hard to make a mistake with it, it last longer and it look more natural depending on how you apply it.

you can use eyebrow pencil, you can buy them at walgreens or put castor oil on it every night and let it grow
