Eyebrow ring help please????

Okay can you go swimming with a new piercing in?? also how long does it take to heal and does your eyebrow swell? It's not pierced with a ring its pierced with a curved barbell. Ohhh and what should be used to clean it?

Swimming should be fine, but if you can avoid it for the firdt wk or so, then do so.

As for looking after it, you should have got an aftercare leaflet but clean it with tea tree oil, savlon spray, or sterile salt water a few times a day

yeah you can go swimming. :)

um, it takes about 2-3 months to heal... make sure you move the bar from right to left a few times a day to set the hole...

use a saline solution with a Q tip (just salt and water boiled together... or you can buy some in a bottle from like rite aid or walgreens for dirt cheap) to clean it twice a day... the salt will help heal pretty quickly. put in comparison: once a patient has had surgery, the doctors have them rinse over the incision with saline solution twice a day to heal it. lol. interesting little fact.

it is okey to swim with your eyebrow ring..but don't lose it ...also wash it when you get out of the water
