Eyelash problem?

I have a eyelash growning below my row of eyelashes, i think the condition is called or is something like distichiasis? Does this need to be treated or can it be left alone?

It can probably be left alone it it is not causing any discomfort. You eye doctor can remove the lash permanently with using electrolysis if it is bothersome.
