Eyeliner, brands and tip,?

i want to start using a dark, eyeliner thats makes ur eyes look like this:

and doesnt smuge

any tips?

You def. have to try Wet n' wild's black liquid liner.  I swear by that stuff.  It gives you a nice dramatic eye effect.  It lasts all day, no touch ups and is only about $2.99 and you can get it sometimes buy one get one free at walgreens, rite aid or walmart.  Just a tip, with liquid liner when you are lining your top line, make sure you do small strokes to get a nice straight line.

check out MAC's fluid line eyeliner, in black.  it works great and last's all day!

I find liquid eyeliner give the most dramatic, bold lines, and stays on for longer!

I think to achieve the look that you want you might need to types of eyeliners (Pencil & Liquid)  I always use the Mac Eyeliner or Revlon with the thin brush and for pencil I use the eyebrow pencil since it doesn't smudge and stays longer.  I really like the Revlon kind :)

Tips putting it on:

When you are applying eyeliner to the upper eyelid pull the corner of your eyelid outwards, close your eye and apply eyeliner as quickly as possible.  I notice that if i do it slow it get thick and it looks funky :(

For the buttom part apply it with pencil and to finish retrace it with liquid :)

it looks like rihanna is wearing a black eyeliner. use one that says longwear or is waterproof. these usually mean that they last long

draw a thin line on your bottom lashes and a thicker on the top

I like NYX in black, u can get it at your local beauty supply store for less than $2

Tip: use a liquid eyeliner on the top lid and a regular pencil liner on the bottom, trust me it looks great and neat i do it all the time
