Eyeliner/Make Up Help?

Hello! I am curious about eye liner. I was wonder what products to use. i heard Avon Glimmerstick but im not sure. Is all you need an eyeliner pen/pencil? On the Bonne Bell site they have alot of products, and wich ones do you need? Wich ones are the best? Which ones do you girls use? can some one help me?
