Eyeliner Question? Please answer?

Which looks better eyeliner around the whole eye(inclding tear duct) or just under eyelids? or just on top

i wear it all around but its cos i have something wrong with my eyes, and very light eyelashes so you cant really see my eyes without it

I think just the top because it gives you that look of a bit of makeup and it darkens your eyelashes to make them look thicker. It makes you look chicer and not too over done.

put a dark line across the bottom and put some on the top than smudge it

i put it on the waterline from the outside to the little dot thingy. (haha, sorry. i don't know what it's called)

and then not usually on the top unless it's a bright color liek purple or green.

but sometimes i do it all the way.

it just depends what i'm wearing, if i want to do it that day, and stuff.

do whatever looks best on you. play around with it until you find what works best(:

Eyeliner looks good just on top of the eyelids. To give it a more formal look use kohl pencil and mascara.

Along the upper lashline. Be careful not too much TOO much under your eye, if any.

It depends on the shape of your eyes.

I line the top lid but only the outer half of the lower lid.

It depends really, sometimes a thicker line on the lid with none under the eyelids & lots of mascara can look really pretty!

but for a dramatic look, use on top & bottom (water line)

I just use it on my water line, but apply liberally, as it makes it look thicker and a bit smokeyer (if that makes sense!)

For an everyday look, though, just try thin lines on lid and bottom!

It depends on which color u use and how dramatic u want it to look. But I do like it under eyelids more

it depends on what kind of eye shape you have if you have like an asian kinda thing going on then i would only put eyeliner on the bottom water line but if you have humongous eyes which i wish i did then do the whole thing around but if you have normal eyes then when you are applying eyeliner put it either only on the top(closest to your lashes as possible) or but it on the bottom waterline and the top then just mascara.
