Eyeliner eyeliner and eyeliner...?

pleaseeee helpppp... i wanna buy eyeliner that will NOT SMUDGE......

long-lasting if possible....

DRUGSTORE brand please.... when i say drugstore,, don't say MAC, DIOR and the like... i'm on a budget...

i'm thinking of buying : revlon colorstay eyeliner (pencil) or rimmel kohl eyeliner (pencil) or almay eyeliner (16-hours one) or covergirl perfect blend eyeliner or maybelline define-a-line --> any pros and cons???

or which one is better?? PENCIL OR LIQUID?? i've always been using pencil because it's easier to apply and take control of it.. i want more natural look that is... so what do you suggest??

cover girl makes a liquid eyeliner that's in a marker like thing, so it's super easy to use, and you get the long lasting and dramatic effect of a liquid!

I think you should either buy revlon or rimmel.

Rimmel is better for me though.

Pros about the revlon is probably the shades and the smooth applying.

Cons is that it usually dosen't stay on long if you rub alittle.

Rimmel's texture is really good and didn't smudge for me at all.

If you want realllyyyyyyyyyy long lasting buy liquid,

but if you want not much smudge get pencil.

i've used the bourjois kohl eyeliner and that really good.

pencil or liquid? pencil is less messy. but if you have a steady hand try liquid. its just a case of what you are comfortable with.

I would suggest getting a long lasting liquid and using a eyeliner sealer.

i use both liquid and pencil. i make a light pencil line then put liquid on top. i use clinique eye liner, it's pretty cheap and it doesn't smudge.
