Eyeliner on green eyes

i would say like a brown it looks better than black and it is prettier with brown hair

i love black eyeliner with green eyes because its a very nice contrast and i think it brings out the color of your eyes alot. i also think brown would look great.

I have green eyes, light brown hair, and very fair skin.

Everyday: try dark brown or brown black [ same color as mascara, should match brow or hair color ].

Special Events:  

purple

teal blue, or smoke blue

gold or rust

definitely purple, but it should be plum purple, brown is a backup

You have the same coloring as my sister. Use a dark brown eyeliner and gold/bronze/brown eye shadows. Very pretty and understated.

depends the black/brown would make them pop and look very contrasted

usually I also hear purple looks very nice but i don't know if i suggest it for waterline. For the waterline I suggest a Black or Brown

I always like using black on my green eyes because it makes them look lighter and just makes them pop. Also, purple is a terrific color to wear with green eyes. The combo of the green in your eyes, a little punch of purple eyeliner or shadow and the fair skin and brunette hair would be a win.

If I were you, I would stay away from green or navy. It probably wouldn't have as much of an impact.
