Eyeliner on the top lid?

Question

I guess i have small asianish eyes.

so whenever i put/try eyeliner on my top lid, when i open my eyes regulary you can only see my eyeliner on my top lip-no room for shadow, only room for eyeliner..

It just looks like, my whole eyelid has eyeliner! But i do the line very thin!!!

Any hope!?

try sharpening your pencil, or use liquid liner.

if you are using a pencil, try to draw your line right on the lash line, where your eyelashes start, not right above it.

there's this asian eyelid tape that they say works over time. i wish i remembered the name of it.

It sounds like you have hooded eye's and that's when you can not see any of the skin on top of the eye ball itself when the eye's are opened.
