Eyeliner on top but not bottom

Question

i like the way alexa chung wears her eyeliner, looks like a thick liquid line on top but nothing on the bottom

i tried this but it looked weird, dont know if its cos im indian and have darker skin

any ideas on how i can pull it off?

Hey i tend to put the eyeliner on the top and then on the corners of the bottom lightly or just none on the bottom even it out with some mascara on the bottom.

she does wear it on the bottom

she has it in brown and smudged and then a strong line in black

this gives her a smoky eye and makes her look quite quirky

good luck achieveing that

remember though she will probs hae a makeup artist to have done it for her

use liquid liner on the top and pencil on the bottom, maybe even try brown for a subtler look.

i feel only putting it on the top or the bottom makes your eyes look a weird shape so i got for light liner on the bottom!

white eyeliner is supposed to make your eyes look bigger but ive never personally tried this

maybe dont put sure a dark line on first. just a faint line then gradully build it up? x

use a sharpened kohl pencil instead. It is recommended by make up artists.

Noo, your skin colour has nothing to do with it.

You see yourself differently from what other people see. You probably actually look really nice but because everyone is unhappy with what they have you don't think you look nice at all with that make up.

I wear that make up all the time, and sometimes I look awful but in fact everyone thinks I look nice.

I think best way is to apply the eyeliner with a fine line on both bottom and top, while using black, this gives your a darker look. so you don't have pile it up

i olny put it on the top it looks like an emo when u put in on the buttom i one day wear liguid n the other coal

well i never wear eyeliner on the bottom

only when i go out @ nites

but when apply it u have to do it right on your

lashline otherwise it looks sloppy :]
