  1. TRY REVLON COLORSTAY EYELINER (NOT LIQUID)

they work just awesome... it doesn't SMEAR OR SMUDGE AND it def. LONG-LASTING

    hope i help

  2. instead you can try smokey eyes.

    it looks really good.

and instead, you can try brown instead of black eyeliner.

it gives a more natural look

    good luck :)

    *edit

to make your eyeliner stay on longer w/o fading, put eyeshadow of the same color over it using a brush.

i know what you mean when you say that you don't want to switch from wearing alot of eyeliner to not wearing alot. (people DO notice. lol) like i said, smokey eyes looks good and is easy.

  3. I have the same oily eyelid problem you do. There are a couple of things you can do about it. You can buy an eye primer. It's this clearish gel that you put on your eyelid that controls oil and helps keep your make up in place. It would help with the problem you have with keeping your eyeliner on too! Or, if you can't find any primer or don't want to spend the money you can put a thin layer of oil controling foundation on your eyelid and pat on a loose translucent powder. If you're really in a pinch, you can put a layer of skin colored matte eyeshadow on your lid to help with the oil and smearing.

As for other ways to use black eyeliner, you can go s**y and smoky by lining your eyes and using a smudging tool to blend the eyeliner towards your crease. You can go bold by lining your top lid with a thick, bold line and slightly winging the liner upwards at the out corner of the lid. You could also throw in a few eye shadow colors to make your look even better! If you have a champagne or ivory colored shimmer powder, you can put a small amount on your brow bones and on the inner corners of your eyes to make your eyes look brighter and bigger - which is a must since black eyeliner can make your eyes look smaller! And the smoky eye technique looks great with a brown eyeshadow as well.

You can also enhance your eye color with certain liners and shadows. Blue eyes look really good with any shade of brown - even a brown liner. It makes the brown stand out and sparkle. Brown eyes look great with blues. Since you like dark colors, navy would be awesome. Green and hazel eyes look good with purples and plums.

So, you could switch up your look by say, (if you have brown eyes) using a navy liner to make a smoky eye. Or using a deep purple to create a smoky eye if you have green or hazel eyes. Remember - you don't have to use black to have dark eyes! Every color has a dark counterpart. Also, never use a dark color past the crease of your eye because this will make your eyes look very deep set into your skull.

Good luck and I hope this helped!
